great caravan, great experience!

i had such a blast being close to porth beach, i loved all the coastal walks nearby. the large dog-friendly caravan was super clean when i arrived and felt really roomy. the venue onsite was super handy, my kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

i did notice there wasn't wifi available in the caravan area. phone signal was also a bit spotty, so that was a minor inconvenience.

the bar and entertainment staff were lovely and cute, it. i got very clear assistance from the staff making my check-in super smooth. they really know how to treat their guests.

The pool was pleasing. The sauna and steam room added some luxury. the location is very close to several lovely beaches, it made exploring easy. i walked around the site easily because the grounds are so well-kept.

The caravan was clean and very comfortable. i found the kitchen well equipped. It had everything i needed. it was great to have such quick access to beaches nearby! the walking paths on the cliffs are a plus too.

i did notice a slight smell of food when i first entered the caravan.

the location was great. the accommodation was clean and it had its own wifi and a tv with netflix built in and was a amazing bonus. waking up every morning to the view of clear skies and a field full of cows was beautiful. it was a 10 mins drive from the main town too, so was perfect when we wanted to venture out and explore.

5 adults, 4 kids. our caravans weren't near each other, which wasn't convenient for such young kids, especially as they had different bed times. it was a steep walk to the caravans especially pushing a double buggy. the resort isn't child friendly at all.

staff were very clear and helpful when we required assistance. the maintenance man explained the fly issue around the decking to us. overall, the service was functional and met our needs.

The caravan was modern. It was very clean on arrival. The kitchen area had everything needed for self-catering. The beds were comfortable.

The bar area was only open from 17:00 and it closed at 22:00. This happened even during the half-term holiday. There was no WiFi in the caravan. WiFi was only available in the bar area. The park looked empty, but I was told that they were fully booked.
